Beautiful rooms, big clean hotel.
Wi-Fi wasn't working well. Breakfast for four stars could have been better.

would love to come back here some time
The Room Atelier was spacious and clean with air conditioning, a tv, and a private bathroom stocked with free toiletries. Breakfast was a highlight, with a waffle van for DIY waffles and plenty of hot and cold options. The fitness facilities were great for staying active. Location-wise, it's close to public transport and the botanical gardens.

Hotel staff very helpful. Some free wifi, but then only 5 euro for 24hours. Large room, fairly clean. Good location, close to Nord station, Botanique station and the tram so easy to get around and only 15 minute walk to middle of town. We were also able to check in early without extra charge, which was very helpful. Free gym facilities also.

Very artistic and chic, yet not expensive. Staff is always attentive and supportive and quite friendly. Rooms are all works of art (due to the unique frescoes) and the ambience is always chilled out and relaxed. Definitely recommended
The only thing is there is no room service and there are no nearby restaurants that are open late for people on business trips finishing work quite late

Everything about Hotel Bloom was excellent; the spacious size of the rooms, the room and hotel facilities, the cleanliness, the hotel staff, the free Wi Fi and the free computer use with ability to print papers, and the quick check in and out despite the presence of many costumors. There are two restaurants and a "grab and go" food maker.
The hotel location was near (but not within) the center of action (the famous Grand Place area) which was a 20 - 25 minutes walk away. Nevertheless, the Botanique metro station was only 150 meters away and from there you could easily reach anywhere in the city.

The frescos on the wall are beautiful! Coffee maker in room is great. The check-in was the easiest quickest check-in I've ever had. Brilliant facilities (gym, printing, restaurant, bar). Nespresso coffee in lobby an excellent touch. Finally a hotel has got the mix right - rooms, comfort, facilities, decor and staff all tops!
Cleaners did not replenish coffee supply in room

Had a continental breakfast, found it to be enjoyable. It was just perfect stay, I didn't want to leave and would stay here again.

Amazing experience there. Clean place with large breakfasts. Location very close to across the road from carrefour, the tram line and the Le Botanique metro and old Brussels. And really close to De Ultieme Hallucinatie. Breakfast with vegan options and waffles, for example.

General ambient of the hotel, Smood restaurant/living room and the room were all super nice.
The first room that I was given was stinky; apparently previous guest(s) has smoked inside the room. That might happen, but the hotel personal should notice this before the visitor does. The second room that I was given was just below the fitness center and it was annoying (emotionally and physically) to be waking up with the sound of healthy people running on the trade mill before 7:00.

The hotel provides comfortable accommodation in modern design that we love. We do not have any problems. The hotel is close to downtown, close to train station north where the train to Bruges, Gent or Antverpen has a stop. Brilliant breakfast (on Sunday morning also with glass of champagne and fresh strawberries :) )
no bad feeling...

Excellent room with nice design, very comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Coffee machine in the room with regular and decaf coffee pads.
Air-conditioning made an annoying noise, but it could be turned down.

Great location, individual room decor, nice fitness area, small fridge in room with complimentary water, nice toiletries.
Reservation staff were not welcoming, service in restaurant was slow and ambience (fairly intrusive music) too loud so not great for a solo business traveller. Breakfast only started at 07.00 and was expensive (€20+) as was parking charge (€20+ as well)
